Netbags wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchases, the unused item(s) may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or within 60 days for an exchange of equal or lesser value.
Once the item is returned, Netbags will provide a full refund for the merchandise and taxes, excluding shipping charges. A small $5.00 handling charge will be deducted for each returned item.
The handling charge will be waived if due to a manufacturer defect or an error by Netbags.
