Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

How do I determine the cost for shipping an item?
Rynn's Luggage offers free shipping for orders over $200 via FedEx Ground for packages shipped within the continental United States.
When is my credit card charged for an order?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipping.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only Pennsylvania, Texas, and Florida residents are required to pay sales tax. Sales tax will be added to your order when you checkout.
When will I received my merchandise after the order is placed?
Rynn's Luggage will ship all in-stock merchandise within 48 hours of receiving the order. We use FedEx Ground for standard shipping for delivery. Overnight delivery is also available upon request for an additional charge.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is not currently available.
What do I do if I receive the merchandise damaged?
Rynn's Luggage guarantees your satisfaction and all merchandise shipped is 100% insured. Should your merchandise arrive damaged, we will replace the item at no charge to you. Instructions for returning damaged merchandise can be found on our Policies page.
